The color blue… the bright, beautiful sky, the cool spray of the seacoast, a feeling of serenity and tranquility, a sense of true freedom, and a 'live and let live' attitude. It is a calm and peaceful moment. Your Zen. Your mind relaxes, and you drift into a Blue State.
I was inspired by the New England coast, but this beauty and feeling can also be found on the Pacific. It made me wonder: is it this peaceful landscape that invokes the ideals typical of both the Northeast and the West Coast, or is it sheer coincidence that this is where you find the blue states?
