For lovers of the great outdoors, nothing beats pitching a tent under the stars with your favorite guy, trekking through the woods, sharing stories around a campfire, and crawling into a shared sleeping bag hoping for a little Bump in the Night.
While it started as a spooky, Halloween-inspired piece, as things progressed a deeper metaphor emerged. I couldn't help but see the menacing figures outside as a representation of the anti-marriage equality crowd: mindless, archaic zombies, hell-bent on destroying an innocent couple who are simply minding their own gay business.
