Kissed by the sun and caressed by a gentle breeze, it will softly swing back and forth all day long, even enduring a good stiff gust if it's well Hung.
For this piece, I wanted to play with a lighthearted double entendre while basking in a vivid, high-contrast outdoor setting. Working in pastel, the primary challenge was capturing the stark, direct midday sunlight as it hits the figure's chest, casting strong shadows from his arms and the clothesline. I leaned into intense, warm flesh tones to give the skin a sun-kissed look, contrasting it against the crisp white of the briefs and the brilliant, saturated blue of the open sky.
