Our men in blue pledge to serve and protect, and as depicted in Sir, I firmly believe they deserve a little service themselves. This piece was inspired by the upcoming NYC Erotic Art Fair, presented by the Tom of Finland Foundation. Working on it was actually quite reminiscent of my earlier oil paintings featuring massive fantasy heroes. Originally, I planned to include a few other guys lingering in the background, but I ultimately decided to keep the primary focus entirely on this hunky, dominant policeman and his two eager subjects.
