What could be more patriotic than an All-American boy washing his car on a July 4th weekend, especially when a body like that is sure to be setting off some fireworks later?
Usually when I am working on a new piece, the title comes to me long before the paint is dry, but Red, Wet and Blue actually ended up being the second work where I asked my subscribers for help finding the perfect name. Rendering the hot guy clad in a wet pair of briefs was definitely a fun project to take on, but rendering the soap and bubbles was what really kept things interesting for me as an artist since those sudsy little details add so much texture to the overall view.
