Medium: Pastel on pastel paper

Now that your photo has been selected and approved, all you need to do is select either the unframed or framed option and check out. Framing includes glass, float mat, color mat, and contemporary style wood frame in a color combination chosen by the artist. For some examples of the frames and mats go here.

The time to complete your painting can vary. Unless I've previously indicated otherwise, generally expect it to take 3-7 weeks.

COPYRIGHTS & PERMISSIONS

Terms: Client (you the customer), Artist (me, Michael Breyette), Source image (the photo you provide for me to paint). Artwork (sketches, outlines and finished work the Artists creates for this commission)

• Client confirms that the source image provided for the commission is theirs and is under no copyright claims by anyone else.  
• Client retains copyright of source image.
• Client grants the Artist (Michael Breyette) permission, in perpetuity, to use (publish, print) the source photo for promotional purposes only and not as products sold as merchandise (cards, calendars, prints etc.).
• Artist retains copyrights to the Artwork created for this commission.
• Artist retains rights to reproduce, print, and publish the artwork for promotional purposes as well as on merchandise (cards, calendars, prints etc.).
