“It’s dark and dimly lit, there are drinks, porn playing on the TVs and it’s a gay bar, so of course things can get a little randy. So when these three were challenged to a friendly round of strip pool they cockily accepted the challenge. As one by one they had to grin and bare it, they concluded that he was a hustler. But even if you lose your shirt (and pants) in strip pool, doesn’t everybody still win?”
Some of my pieces are fantasies while others, like this, are derived from my own experiences. The latter applies to my latest pastel, 'Hustler'. However, there were only two of us playing strip pool and I was not winning. I don't think I was being hustled, I'm just really bad!
