“Billy is a clean-cut, sporty kind of guy. Definitely one of the boys of summer. He’s a team player who really likes to play ball.”
Billy was the first of my Men in Briefs series done from a posterior viewpoint. Originally the model had nothing in his right hand. I was well into the drawing before I added the bat, as kind of a playful element. I’m not sure where that idea came from, but now I can’t even picture the model without it.
