Inspiration comes from this past December, when I was able to take my first warm winter getaway in years. It was therapeutic to just lounge around, feel the sun, enjoy the water, and even sweat a little. If you’re in the southern hemisphere your just about to hit the hottest afternoons of the year, a.k.a. dog day afternoons.
