When someone emails about a commission, I let them know that I am fairly selective... that their idea has to spark my interest in some way. But when I first heard Andy's ideas for the piece he wanted, I did not have to think long. The scene he described was so like something I would come up with on my own: a hunky couple, frolicking at the beach in Speedos. I loved it! With the warm weather on the way my thoughts were already turning toward seaside getaways. He even added that he would like the guys to basically look like the men in my Buds picture, so that made it even more appealing to do.
