The hottest time of year is for taking it easy. When the sun is high and energy is low, sitting on the beach & catching a breeze with your best friend is the only way to spend a Dog Day Afternoon.
Inspiration comes from this past December, when I was able to take my first warm, winter getaway in years. It was therapeutic to just lounge around, feel the sun, enjoy the water, and even sweat a little. If you’re in the southern hemisphere you're just about to hit the hottest afternoons of the year, a.k.a. dog day afternoons.
