There is a classic, understated elegance in combining the raw beauty of the male form with elements of still life. I love a good double meaning, and painting Lily White gave me the perfect opportunity to play with both visual and literal themes. Bending forward in a soft, natural light, he reveals his smooth, lily white backside, framed beautifully by the clean lines of his physique. Right in the foreground, a delicate white lily stem sits in a glass vase, mirroring the soft tones of his skin and adding a touch of organic grace to the scene. Working with the subtle shifts of shadow on his skin while keeping the background clean and minimalist allowed me to create an erotic composition that feels incredibly soft, intimate, and focused.
