Along with werewolves, vampires and mummies, those horror movies of the 40's and 50's also served up and array of space creatures that I consider on par with those other traditional Hallowe'en spooks. The gayliens are invading!
Prints & Original are at the special release price for a limited time only! Until about 8AM EDT Monday September 19th.

Templeton at Inner Harbor, Baltimore Maryland
For my boyfriend's birthday present I did a painting of his dog Templeton. While I have done dog and other animals in paintings before, I'd never done one of just a dog as a portrait. It turned out to be a lot of fun, while also being a challenge.
He loved it (tears even).
I know many of you have dogs (a.k.a. fur kids) and since I had fun painting Templeton, I'm thinking I'd like put this offer out there for anyone who's interested.
Now, I know some of you might be concerned that I've given up painting male nudes and gay themes. Not to worry. I know many artists that also do still lifes or landscapes in addition to their male figures. Having another outlet helps keep things fresh and avoid burn out. For me, dogs are the other subject matter I have a passion for.
October is just a month away so time to get started on my Hallowe'en painting. I've done just about all the classic Hallowe'en ghouls, devils, vampires, werewolves, zombies, Frankenstein etc. This time I've been inspired by those flying saucer alien invasion movies from the 1950's...of course I'll put a sexy gay spin on it. Prepare for a gaylien invasion!

Finishing up the 2017 calendar layout. Then a thorough proofread, or 2 or 3 or 4! Don't want to make a mistake like in 2013...and the case of the missing July 31st! Then it's off to the printing company!
Yep, it's time to get the 2017 calendar underway. Hope to have it designed, printed and ready to go by mid to end of August.
Still a long way to go, but the facing is getting to where I want it. I'm most excited thinking about doing the sky in the background. Even though I usually choose a tinted paper that matches the tone of the overall piece, once I add the background around the figure(s) it really helps make the figure seem much more alive.
I think I've decided on my next piece. I am still debating the placement of the ball tho, maybe a little lower to only show part of the face...?
Welcome to the art of Michael Breyette.
Michael's pastel paintings capture the stunning beauty of the male form with warmth and sensitivity while never shying away from lustful eroticism.
This website contains fine art depictions of male nudity, gay themes, and men in sensual and romantic situations. Do not enter if you choose to be offended by this subject matter.
Otherwise, if you appreciate the male form in all its glory, come on inside and enjoy!
